Hi All
Been a while since I came through LAX and much has changed. So can anyone help me please?
Mrs aliens is travelling QF and will arrive a few hours ahead of me as I am on CX. We need somewhere for her to have a coffee perhaps and wait for me to arrive. Any suggestions? Needs to be outside immigration but not on departure floors. Then we need to go to T6 for an AC flight to YVR. Does the TIBIT>T4 walkway then connect to T5 and to T6?? OR will it just be easier to make our own way to T6, checkin and wait in Maple leaf lounge? Isn't there a baggage recheck post immigration for other terminal departures???

Look forward to you suggestions!!

The easiest would likely be to use the TBIT connections bag drop, then wait on the arrivals level outside immigration before using the connector and tunnels through to T6.

There are some food/coffee places on the TBIT arrivals floor.
The TSA checkpoint at the connector is often quicker then the full checkpoints in the terminals. Once upstairs after TSA, turn left towards T4. It opens out beside gate 41. Then through T4 to the tunnels to T5 and T6 by gate 44.

Of course, if for some reason you can't use the baggage drop at TBIT connections, you'd have to walk over to T6 to recheck baggage.

Thanks Himeno. I figure she will need to go to AC in T6 to check in or can she( and I later) check in after immigration at TIBIT?? Just need to be prepared for pushing bags if we need to.
