Some changes to Earn on Delta Flights from June 1st

Better Earn for some high fares; worse for most economy fares. G & Z are deep discount First and Business, but often cheaper than Y, B, M which also drop. At least SC earn stays the same.

  • Reward Seat bookings
  • Fares classes other than as specified above
  • Codeshare flights (Any flight with a DL flight number that is operated by an airline other than a Delta Connection branded carrier or Virgin Australia)
~Premium Economy fares are only available on codeshare services operated by Virgin Australia.
Summary of point per mile earning changes:
  • Economy -
    • Q, & K Drop from 1 to ½
    • Y, B & M drop from 1¼ to 1
  • First/Business Class -
    • G, Z drop from 1½ to 1¼
    • A increases from 1½ to 1¾
    • F, P, C, D J, I increase from 1½ to 2
