Couple of quick questions regarding this property

Which is the better room view.....Jones bay view or Darling Harbour, I'm going to book a superior room and hope for a substantial upgrade
As a Platinum I can see that I get executive club access but cant see if I am entitled to Complimentary breakfast...can anyone confirm

Platinums are entitled to breakfast at all Asia Pacific properties.

Thanks, i'll book a Darling view room, as for breakfast that is what I thought but the Sofitel isn't in the list on there website

Forget what I thought, it was only a "man look" which I did. Now i've read things properly I have worked it out

Don't hold your breath for a substantial upgrade as a platinum. My experience has been they're on the stingier side and do the bare minimum.

We have been Diamond for the past few years and now down to platinum and have never received anything other than the bare minimum upgrade. I wish you better luck than we have had.
