I have two Suite Night Upgrades to use.
I have just booked 2 nights at the Sofitel Fiji for a room category with the adults-only beach club access.
Can I contact the hotel and apply my SNUs closer to going, or do you need to do it at the time of booking?
My only hesitation in using them at the time of booking is that I can't book a refundable room with the SNUs.
I guess there's only a slim chance we wouldn't go, but I often hate being locked into non-refundable bookings, and in this case, it'll be over $2,000 for two nights.
Curious how other's use the SNUs in this case.
