Smelly, fat, seat-kickers

Hah! You should sit with me! Size 10, 5"3. ALWAYS go to the toilet before I fly so I don't disturb the aisle passenger and try to get on the plane first so I'm in my window seat without having to ask aisle pax to stand up to let me in.

Good luck with that on LAX-SYD or the like!

One of our favourite topics returns! A month or so ago I had the quadrella of annoying passengers at the four points around me. Sitting in front of me Mr Seat Recline - fast and no warning - nearly caught my laptop screen. To my right (window) Mr Booze and Leak - how many times can you get up SYD-PER? Behind me Mr Seat Headress Grabber who pulled down on my seat the many times he got up. Then to my left across the aisle Mr Sniff - say no more!

ALWAYS go to the toilet before I fly so I don't disturb the aisle passenger and try to get on the plane first so I'm in my window seat without having to ask aisle pax to stand up to let me in. I lean into the window and try to sleep, not using the shared armrest. Also travel with small bag that fits under seat 95% of the time therefore taking up no space in overhead cabin.

Oh please please give the guy that was seated next to me on an AS flight the other day some advice. 2 hour flight from SEA to LAX he got up to use the lav 5 times. He only had 1 glass of wine too. God knows he must have had a bladder the size of a peanut.

I may be a tall bugger, so I prefer an aisle, but even so I still try to not disturb the peace as much as possible, especially as it annoys me no end when people grab your seatback to support themselves standing up when you've *just* drifted off to something that may resemble some form of sleep.

Oh, and regular iPod headphones should be banned. On around 3 flights in the past few weeks, i've had someone sitting next to me with music so loud it was overly audible over the engines (sitting in F on AA/AS flights so there was some separation between us too). Noise Cancellation or in-ear headphones only, or have some way of cutting the noise they spew into the ambient environment. Little complaint that makes a big difference when it's just the roar of the engines and that over it that can be heard.
