Slow posting of QFF points and SCs after a JQ flight

Still waiting on JQ flights from 8 days ago to post and this is with a missing points claim lodged 3 days after the flight!
I also have the discrepancy for JQ flights couting towards loyalty bonus. Wouldn't have picked up on it if it hadn't been raised here. Do I have to ring QFF to fix this?

Ringing won't help i think , they asked me to wait for 14 business days after a missing points claim log online . only to credit 1 out of 2 flight missing . flight 1FEB , missing points log 12FEB , points credit 28FEB . On the other hand , my 2 QF flight yesterday have been credited the moment i land
 
I meant ringing QFF about the loyalty bonus discrepancy. The 3 JQ flights (not counting the most recent one) I've taken since October have not counted towards my loyalty bonus. This cough (together with the slow posting of points and SC) is getting very annoying!

There was a bug in the loyalty bonus tool on the website, the website was showing one number but when I added up manually I saw another (higher number). Speaking to Qantas they ‘saw’ on their systems then correct number that I manually calculated... so everything was fine.

I find a quick phone call is good but I just email the frequent flyer team direct these days with my boarding passes attached because invariably with JQ involved they ask for them anyway. Pretty responsive via email especially when involves loyalty bonus stuff in my experience.
 
It's now 12 days since the flight and 9 days since the missing points claim. Simply ridiculous.

Not related and unhelpful but VA is just as bad lol :). It’s irritating - JQ must be on a very manual system.
 
14 days and counting. This is just ridiculous. I can't even begin to imagine how annoying this would be for people who have to travel with Jetstar frequently!!

My most recent JQ flight posted 37 days after the flight was taken. I hope it's not indicative of future flights.

It wouldn't surprise me if the idea is to hope that people who aren't interested in SCs or chasing status forget about getting them credited if they aren't automatically posted...

Not a record no.

It wasn’t unusual a few years back for one leg to post promptly, but the other to take ~8 weeks or so to post.

Day 19 and still counting! This is just so ridiculous, given that JQ is friggin owned by QF!!!
 
JQ flight from 09 February has just posted. I'd forgotten about the flight.

In contrast EK and 3K flights from end February posted within a few days.
 
I think i hold the record here JQ flight from 1st February have posted today after 44 days with a missing points claim together with 3 email to QF team with BP attached .

Will still purchase the Plus bundle in the future when i can/need to earn SC but i would set my expectation of 30 days plus
 
I appears to be 24 days for my flights. The January JQ flight had same issues.
 
Ok...day 22 and I'm still waiting... Meanwhile, my QF flight yesterday has posted. How ridiculous!
 
I'm still waiting after 28 days! This is just so ridiculous!! I think I'll write in to QFF and complain because this is just beyond a joke.

Send them an email saying that you will complain , points will credit in the next days
