I've been looking into RTW options with SkyTeam, and I found that they refer to a Round the World Pass on the SkyTeam website. Reading the associated verbiage, it looks like you need to book it via one of the member airlines. A check of the Delta, Korean, and Air France sites refers me back to the SkyTeam site. So, my question is has anyone out there used one of these? If so, how much do they cost for Business class across the different mileage brackets?. And is there more information available on the web somewhere?

Or do I have to phone Delta and (horrible thought!!) actually speak to someone?
