Hi.

Can I take a skipping rope (leather) through international security, or will it come down to the whim of the officer each time?

Specifically, I will be going PER-SIN-BKK and vv.

I guess my question is- is it definitely allowed or not, because if there is doubt I will try to find a cheaper rope, or not bother for 1 morning...
