This time we are off to SIN and once again main focus is on traveling with children. Somewhere in the planning my mother-in-law got included with the cost coming from us. The journey started from 2 different locations, I went from MEL on EK and the others flew the following day from ADL on SQ. As with most of our trips the girls and this time my MiL are all on points.

My flight was on EK, it was booked during one of the specials and EK F (code share) was cheaper than QF J. I normally pinch MrsM Photos so I forgot to take photos of the MEL F lounge, the EK lounge so this is best I could come up with.

The following day all the girls left from ADL on SQ, as you can see from the photos this trip was before SQ upgraded the ADL plane.

By the time the second wave arrived at the Conrad my MiL was already over the moon as she had never travelled in J and we had not told her. Then the Conrad she also had also not stayed a 5 star property and was chuffed. We were not all staying in one room both rooms looked like this however my MiL room was a twin as we off loaded MissM to stay with her grandmother, bonding time, that our story and we are sticking to it.

Then we took her to the lounge. MiL did not even realise Hotel lounges existed.

Although we have been married 20+ years I was informed my "Son-i-L Brownie Points" just went a serious notch and to a whole new level. :)

Back at the lounge and after a couple of glasses of fizz MiL was primed and decided it was time to the observation wheel back to Supertree Grove.

Some random snaps from the Fort Canning park area. The Battle box is well worth a visit but have no photos of that.

So after the Science Centre it was time to head off to the airport. Dropped the Girls off at T3 and they went about doing their own thing.

I headed over to T1 and now I am responsible for the photos and I forgot. I spent the evening in the QF and EK lounge then flew back to MEL. This was the only photo I have, I took it just to send to MissM.

Thanks for the report. We are off to Singapore in December (again) with MasterC who is nearly 6. It's good to see some reports that can give some insight to kid friendly attractions. How long ago were you there?

@LadyC I was about to say last year then I realised it was 2 years ago. I am still playing catch up as I take few photos however I am getting better ;). Going through MrsM photos who is at the other end of the spectrum is what I never got around to doing. I still have a couple of reports to post in order to get up to date before next year starts. Since being there the bird park may have moved to the vicinity of the zoo but not sure if this has happened.
