Singapore VTPass - troubles uploading vax certificate

Hello - for tourist travel into Singapore, how essential is the Vaccinated Travel Pass? No matter what I do, I can't upload my Australian international vaccination certificate to Singapore's Vaccinated Travel Pass application portal.
I've got a flight booked for Tuesday morning to SIN and no matter how many browsers, devices, file formats I use, the portal is refusing to upload my certificate. I have troubleshooted all options on their FAQ, and nothing works. Even downloaded the VDS-NC Checker app, and there is nothing wrong with my QR code.

Any advice would be gratefully received. The three day window for applications closed at midnight last night (I was trying to upload it yesterday), so I doubt I can fly on Tuesday. But some parts of the Singapore govt's website doesn't list the VTP as an essential 'must have' for VTL travel.

I thought i'd see if anyone knows how this works practically? I'm sorry if this has already been covered - I tried to search the forums but couldn't see it.

As you can imagine, I'm quite concerned, so any assistance would be very gratefully received.

Crop the QR code and make sure it's a high resolution file (at least Full HD).
