Hi , will have 13 hr layover in Singapore, been heaps of time to Singapore and always gone into town for a few days, but this time we arr 5-30 am and leave the following day at 9am so was wondering which hotel on the Airport complex so we can have a nice relaxing time with a swim etc, we are both retired and we have done the "tourist " thing in Singapore many times , look forward to any advice, thanks in advance.

I guess you mean a 27 1/2 hour layover (5:30 am to 9 am)? The Crowne Plaza Changi is directly connected to T3 Crowne Plaza Changi Airport - Singapore, Singapore

I assume OP means 5.30pm to 9am

Not many choices.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is the only airside one and is directly connected to T3.
Its very nice with a great pool but can be expensive at times.

If you are staying airside (ie through checked luggage) there are also the Ambassador Transit hotels in each terminal which are basic but fairly cheap (note you need to book these well in advance) and you can use the pool in the airport.

Next closest would be Changi Village hotel (former Le Meridien), and after that its into town.

Changi Village probably the way to go for that length of transit - Crowne Plaza is usually eye wateringly expensive
