Hi All,

Maybe I am just having a man look but I am really struggling to find any information about Singapore Reward Saver Waitlists. If anyone could assist with the below questions it would be very helpful.

- Do you need to actually have to have the required points to book a waitlist reward?
- Does your account get debited as soon as you booked the waitlist reward?
- Do you have to accept the booking if the waitlist is successful?

Many Thanks

- Do you need to actually have to have the required points to book a waitlist reward? YES - Once you seek flts operating on your desired routes - you will then see Available / Waitlist options - if you want to Waitlist flts you cannot do so and proceed past this page unless you have sufficient pts in your account to cover the flt.

- Does your account get debited as soon as you booked the waitlist reward? NO - Once you Waitlist flts you will need to wait until they clear - you will receive an email / SMS advising that flt is Availableand you can return to SQ web site to Confirm booking - if you do Confirm it is at this point that pts will be deducted from your account and you will be rqd to pay applicable Taxes and Charges.

- Do you have to accept the booking if the waitlist is successful? NO - Once you receive email / SMS advising flt is Available and you don't want it / no longer require it you should go back online and just cancel the booking - no charge - no fee - you will just be richer for the experience - and will also mean that if another pax also waiting on these flts might get their wishes granted.

Eggs best advice I can give is just go online and play with the booking system - the more experience you get the better you will be for it.
