Singapore Airlines Velocity Redemtion - Changed Flights

Hi,
we are booked MEL to HKT via SIN return in a couple of weeks and redeemed the flights through Velocity on SIA metal.
All flights were confirmed and ticketed.
There has now been a slight flight change and HKT to SIN leg on the way back is showing as "reserved" on the Singapore APP rather than confirmed like all the others. When going to change seat or select meals, it says unable to do so as flight has not been ticketed.
I'm a bit worried that when we show up at the airport that they will say flight has not been ticketed and wont be able to board the flight.

I contacted Velocity customer service centre and they assured me that the flights are definitely ticketed and there will not be any issues.(in the Velocity app it does show as ticketed)

I went on to online chat with Singapore and they said as was booked with Virgin to contact them

Has anyone else had the same experience? Should i called SIA and see what they say?

Appreciate any help/advice
 
Go to to SQ's MMB page and chuck in your details there. Ensure you use the SQ PNR not the VA one.

Once you're in, on the top right corner of the page will be the PNR in big bold letters, with the words "Download tickets and receipts". See if that gets you anywhere, as the PDF there will have all the details of "Confirmed"/"Reserved" etc.

When I go on to virgin site and resend itinerary etc they all say confirmed.
Hopefully 48hrs before when it's time to check-in all is ok.

I see. How long ago was the schedule change? Perhaps the change has taken a bit longer to flow through to SQ from VA (VA being the ticketing carrier would be in charge of ticketing these changes fully).
When you resend the itinerary from VA, do you get the Sabre itinerary PDF in that email?
 
Change was quite a few months ago.
When I did resent itinerary I got pdfs attached
-Travel Reservation and 2 X electronic ticket recipts( 1 for each PAX)
I Called SIA to change seats last week before we flew the first legs of the trip. Initially she said flight was not ticketed and couldn't do it but then said sorry her error and was able to change the assigned seats.
So my guess is they can see everything, just hoping on Tuesday we don't show up at the airport for them to say sorry no ticket issued and can't fly .
Might have to wait until checking opens I guess
 
Update: all ended well. was able to check-in fine on the app 48hrs prior and even the option to change seats(although there was no other free seats). At airport no issues so can only assume it was a glitch between virgin and Singapore
