Singapore Airlines -tell me the tricks!

I'm about to embark on a first (next week) - J on Singapore Airlines / MEL/SIN/TAIPEI Rt

Ok, I have never flown Singapore Airlines before and have no Star A status (anymore)...

Does my J ticket give me access to the Singapore Lounges? If so, where are they at Changi and does anyone know if there is a Singapore Air lounge in Taipei?

These questions answered would be greatly appreciated...

I've never flown SQ either but gleaned the following from their website.

Does my J ticket give me access to the Singapore Lounges? --Yes.

where are they at Changi -- Terminal 2, third floor, North wing. Unit 036-133 (airside)
Terminal 3 Third floor, unit 03-MS-06 (airside)

does anyone know if there is a Singapore Air lounge in Taipei? -- yes, there is. Terminal 2, fourth floor, (airside).

Your J tkt will allow you to enter the Silver Kris Lounges in both terminals, J side. If you've got people meeting you in SIN - beware that SQ operates out of both T2 and T3 and you will only know what terminal you're arriving into 2 hours or so before arrival (ie when you're onboard the aircraft).
