I booked a flight to Singapore with Singapore airlines using the points plus pay method, no problems doing that. The dilemna now is that I have to be in Bangkok around the same period.

I tried to do it on-line, the computer said "NO", that I have to call the Singapore Airlines office, so did that, the operator said "No can do", that I have to do it on-line, so onto the merry-go-round I hopped.

I did fill in and submit some form on-line stating my request, as yet no answer, that was 3 days ago.

Whilst I realise that nothing is supposed to be easy, I just don't like the idea of cancelling the flight and starting all over again, well if I could cancel I would but the on-line thing won't even let me do that.

Any suggestions please folks?
