Singapore airlines A380 - seat allocation

Just booked my SIN flight for late April with points redemption and was allocated 11K. The system does't allow any changes stating "Seats available for advance seat selection for this flight segment have been fully taken up. You may select a generic preference or select once this flight is open for check-in.". Seats are still open. Can it be that I have no SC.
