To book, yes you can use the form but I always just call the Sydney number 2 9350 0203 and book direct which is quick and painless.

If you look at the chart flying on Virgin you can go from Adelaide to anywhere on the eastern seaboard for 11K one way. (just buy the extra points you need).

I did Melbourne Cairns earlier for 20 K return (would be 22k now) and NO taxes or fuel fines.

Ah ! Thats great news ! thanks very much for that info, that will make it much easier. I wonder why the SIA didnt just make it easy for me and suggest the number. I love it how everyone pools there info here, I wouldnt have a damn clue... Much appreciated

I'm pretty sure you can also redeem for virgin by ringing the Singapore service number. And IIRC it has much longer opening hours.
