Guys

Heading for a week in the Maldives in a couple of weeks for some R & R.

Travelling daytime SIN-MLE on SQ J.

Always take a window seat but can any seasoned travelers on this route suggest whether left or right hand side gives the best views.

Thanks for advice.

Been back from Male a couple of months now ..... best do nothing holiday I've had in years.

Which side........We sat on right side both ways.
It doesn't matter which side you choose. If its a nice day either side will give spectacular views of the Maldives. Spectacular atolls and colors.

You will not regret it..... enjoy

Just arrived back from MLE.
Business class is half empty on both ways... economy is full of Asian honeymooners.

Going to MLE : left side could see the city of Male.

for island watching both sides are just amazing if it flying low, because on our way back the flight was flying at very high altitude i cant even see the sea.

enjoy the view of torquise blue water, and clear aquarium water.

We flew MH which sadly only had night time options. SQ was almost triple the cost! But we got our views on the seaplane to/from the W so I guess that made up for it. :)
