Hello all,

I recently made it to Silver status (2 weeks ago). Am flying this week from NGCI ports and am just curious how long it usually takes for the welcome pack / new card / bag tags etc to arrive?

Thanks!

Mrs FuzzyAUS got hers about 3.5 weeks after making silver, that was 2 months ago now..

People say it ranges between 2-6 weeks normally

I've been waiting a month for my new Gold Pack! It's good that I have the Silver pack to tied me over in between.

Just FYI: I reached silver status 4 weeks ago today and have not received my welcome pack yet.

Shortly afterwards I qualified for Gold and then Platinum so I guess it's possible I was shunted to the back of the queue after each qualification. However I was told on a recent phone call to QF that I'd likely receive 3 welcome packs in short succession.

I wouldn't count on receiving your pack this week. I can understand your frustration as I actually lost my bronze QFF card 3 weeks ago in the USA and flight/lounge check-in is currently a little harder than it needs to be.

I made Platinum over 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my pack...
It took them an awfully long time to send me my gold tags, so I guess I am at the bottom of their priority list. I guess I should take it as a hint.
