Family trying to sign up grand kids for QFF accounts (via Joeys Club). Sign up seems to require phone and email address. With the kids being <10 y.o. they don't have email or phone!

Parents tried to use their email and phone number but system says these are already associated with an account - i.e their QFF accounts. Is there something obvious being missed here?

My daughter's QFF is attached to my email, along with my own account 🤷‍♀️
I was forced to split mine recently. If you use Gmail use the + method to get an additional address.
