Is it just me, or does anyone else think the Singapore Airlines online and phone booking engines are way behind Qantas ?
Since they have no option of downloading an itenarary to calendar, I tried the reference number they gave in checkmytrip.com and virtuallythere.com, neither of which works. I've just rang SIA, and after going through about 20 menu options finally spoke to an operator, who said this booking is not in Amadeus or Sabre, and the booking reference number is just in the Singapore Airlines system. All she could do to help is re-email me the itinerary. That's really helpful
I don't have a lot of experience with SIA, and have lots with Qantas, and Qantas (at least in terms of its online and phone systems) seems way better than SIA.
That's about it for my ranting
