SIA Baggage allowance

Booking SIA Economy International which gives me 30kg allowance. 2 pax = 60kg.
Previously done this with Emirates several times and you can take 3 bags (2 pax) providing total is not in excess of 60kg.
Anyone know if Singapore Airlines allow the same or will I be hit with costs for 3 bag?

Btw, no problems booking either direct with SIA or otherwise, itinerary:- PER-HKT + HKT-SIN + SIN-PER , all on the 1 SIA ticket
but cannot book PER-HKT + HKT-SIN

Did you want to check in 3 bags each? I have had no problems checking in luggage and golf clubs on SQ and will be on them again in 2 weeks time.

No, just 3 bags between 2 people.
Booking info. says "1 bag, maximum 30kg each"

I think 3 bags between 2 people should be fine.

There is no mention of piece limitation in this link.
