It is a rubbish site: the old version was a lot easier to use and needed fewer clicks. If you select a country other than Australia you still get the old home page which makes it a bit easier.
In addition to all the other bad features, the font is not easy to read with any degree of visual impairment or in poor lighting and just try to amend a chauffeur drive booking: not possible as the whole thing has to be cancelled and started from scratch. It is not possible to paste in details from another document which can lead to errors with phone numbers and unusual addresses. Furthermore, the bookings are not grouped by flight but by whether they are to or from the airport: makes no sense to me at all...
