Shopping points double-dipping

I bought something online recently through the Velocity Estore and also had my Qantas FF details entered with the store directly.

I did actually receive both points !!

Now I'm considering the possibility of having the Velocity AND Qantas Estore active in my browser when shopping online - maybe if both cookies are in the browser it would work?
