hi

Has anyone done the shopping at Woollies and scanned the EDR card and then realised they forgot to activate the offer or did not see the email offer before the shop. This happened to me recently where I did the shop and then realised I had an offer to accept /activate which I did next day....after the shop. In your experience did you end up getting the bonus points as you shopped and then activated the offer next day.

Thanks

No...........

Yes. Call them they will want a ref # in the email and some info from the docket.

This process also works if you activate an offer and then scan the wrong rewards card.

I've done both with a successful outcome.

I've activated afterwards on the same day and got the points. It was a weekend if that makes any difference.

I've seen it reported that activating the offer after you shop but before the offer expires can result in you getting the bonus points. Be careful, however, as EDR often send the emails ahead of time. Check the dates of the offer carefully to make sure you qualified.

Wait the right amount of time, plus a few days, and if the points haven't been credited contact call the contact line.
