Shoes!?! ... and other accessories

I have just bough t my first Coach handbag ! After seeing the way the chinese tourists in Las Vegas were buying them by the 100s ( I am NOT kidding !!) I thought I had better buy one before they are all gone !

I did buy a Tory Burch bag as well the other day - Ron says I am feeling much better obviously as I am shopping again !

I bought a coach hobo earlier this year in Atlanta and love it. It encourages me to have less (and weigh less for my shoulder) in my bag. Enjoy.

So last night we caught up with son and newly minted Fiancée. She is a little stressed - she is studying for GP finals in July ( she likes to be well prepared but I think it’s also a case of fear of failure that I totally get) plus now getting very excited. Her ring is beautiful. She has tiny fingers and she didn’t want a high profile ring as she was worried about it getting in the way of “people examinations”. And this one has a low profile indeed. Lots of bling as the blue catches the light. It has a really lovely rose gold rounded shape. MasterP did good. He also cooked dinner last night for us all.

So now it’s on with planning etc. Dates will be released to all attendees shortly but it will be a celebration party in September in England as their first chance to get back to announce their engagement and then another GP exam in November, then a party in SA in late November. And everyone reckons they will elope.

Over in Perth we have regular discussions at home about what is “normal”. Shoes with a post code and wine cellars that compete with Dans really do seem ok. Having two commas in frequent flyer account totals, more jewelry than the Queen of Sheba all fit in nicely.
Mrscove asked me if I noticed the size of the rock on the passenger in Suite 3C.....missed it. Giant diamond......

Last night at dinner Mrscove gave her girlfriend the SQ Suites class amenities bag which has Salvatore Ferragamo scent in it. The bag is a cute size and the scent is a winner. She was really excited to get both.

Mrs Cove must be a nice person ! I got two of those black bags on our recent trip and I wouldn't even give one to my sister !!

Mrscove has a Tous bag and in New York she bought 4 new insides that are mostly reversible so her one bag has become 8 or 9 bags.Tous seem to be based in Catalonia, Spain.
