A legal dispute looks like putting off a planned refurb for the Sheraton Noosa-

THE Sheraton Noosa Resort and Spa is in danger of being placed in liquidation because of a legal dispute between its two owners.
But the hotel’s general manger, Stephen Ferrigno, said yesterday that in the unlikely event that the property went into liquidation, agreements were in place which would keep the doors open.
However, Mr Ferrigno said the dispute bet-ween the hotel’s owners – Sydney-based property fund manager Ashington and the listed Valad Property Group – had put on hold the main elements of a $12 million redevelopment of the ageing property
