Could be tempted with this one, been a long time since i had the Seafood Buffet at the Sheraton, it was very good!

If it has been a long time, be aware that Terraces has been refurbished. It is now very noisy (wooden floors, and seems to really amplify all the noise).

Didn't really enjoy the last time we went there as guests of someone else, so now avoid. Oyster bar is far better.

Possibly others may be voting with their feet as well, hence the promotion to generate some patronage.

Speaking of buffets next time you're up that way go the Seafood Buffet at the Palazzo Versace, we absolutely love it. We stay there for about a week and indulge at the buffet, come to think of it I need to start organising our annual pilgrimage. Hope the buffet is still good I hate recommending places only to find out that they've gone down the hill..

Was there last week. It was so good i'm thinking of returning next week! Dessert is amazingly good (think French). Cold selection and seafood was very good. Hot food selection was pretty meh though... small selection and rather ordinary.

Overall was much better than Sheraton.

The Sheraton have also reduced prices for dining, I think the seafood buffet is down to $55 PP, and brekky at $25 PP, and lunch I think was $45.

I also prefer Versace, they are offering lunch specials at the Vie bar and resturant, just can't recall the exact pricing but it's up on the website, maybe 2 courses for $45 ?

We stayed on Friday night, booked a partial ocean view room and landed the most wonderful panoramic ocean view room. We ordered room service with bubbles and sat enjoying every mouthful while taking in the view, I can't wait to get the chance to stay there again.
