I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but if you are asking about the latest time you can gat an on-arrival visa at LoWu station in Shenzhen - unless the Chinese have relaxed their visa restrictions since the Olympics, I do not think that Australian Passport holders are able to get an on-arrival visa at the moment.

On the other hand, if you do have a valid APEC business Traveller Card, then you can certainly use that as your Chinese visa on arrival at LoWu.

This answers my question, So my Aust Passport and my Current APEC will work, Do you go through a different cue, or do you cue with everyone. Is there a special way APEC holder get through. Can you advise

There is a dedicated queue when you get to the immigration control checkpoint (RH side if memory serves) but you can use any of the non-Chinese passport queues since the APEC BT card is the equivalent of a visa. On your immigration form, just put in your APEC BT card number in the space for your visa number.
