In laws have both both been SG for say the last 3 yrs, this year Father in Law has 470 SCs Mother in Law has 320 , her year is up July 30 ,his September 30, by the end of July she would have been about 670, he would be approx 720 on the bookings they had in the system, unfortunately he has gone down with a heart condition and they have had to cancel a overseas holiday, Sooo they will now be BOTH short at there years end, is it worth them contacting QF, or do they wait to see if they get a SOFT landing? Thanks in .Advance

A soft landing is where one drops from SG to PS. It may be worth contacting QF to be proactive, but do understand that sorry but they cannot help may be the answer.
