SFO lounge access

Hi all,

I'm OWE and am flying
SYD-SFO on QF
SFO-AUS on Alaskan airlines (QF ticket) domestic

Will I get access to the the American Airlines lounge in SFO?

AS is not a oneworld member, so oneworld lounge access rules don't apply.
Need to be on an AA flight to access the AA lounge. (The other oneworld flights leave from a concourse that doesn't have airside access to the AA lounge, but have other oneworld lounges accessible)
