Selecting tier benefits

Has anyone worked out how to select tier benefits?

We just hit Tier 2 but I can't for the life of me find the button to select:

• 5 single-use Virgin Australia Lounge passes OR
• 20,000 bonus Velocity Points for your business

Yes had the same problem, called the call centre and was told they will do nothing. The process, if you insist on continuing with Virgin, is for the client to send them an email outlining the problem and maybe someone will read it sometime.
