Booking TT trip on VA.

Flight is serviced by a 73H with Premium Econ (W).

Is it the old Virgin Blue PE with Y seats except a tray sits in rows 1+2, seats B and E? Or is it something more substantial (like PE on flights to LAX)?

Do they reserve the front lav for PE (like they do for 73H's with J)?

Do they serve better meals? Do you get a dedicated FA like in J?

What does the extra cost get you?

BNE - AKL is 3 rows of black seating, row 1/2 have the inner arm adjusted inwards to give you more room and then a tray stuck there. FA doesn't ever seem dedicated and the front lav is free for all. Row 3 with a shadow is just as good as row 1/2 imho. I had a guy try and sit in 3E (full flight) and someone had adjusted the armrests inwards - funny times as he was sitting on top of the armrests and pleading for the overworked FA's to help. now I know where the button is to get the extra little space in the window seat :)
