I had to book a flight with Jetstar, and I really mean it when I say I had to, the flight from Manila connecting with a Qantas flight in Singapore.

Seeing I booked it on the Qantas website I cannot do seat allocation there, so I went onto the Jetstar Asia website and tried to do some seat allocation there, but it won’t recognise my name or my ticket reference number.
Will I have to phone them to sort this?

If you go to ‘ manage your booking’ on the qantas website/app, and go to the seat selection section, it will give you there your actual Jetstar booking reference. You can then use that booking reference to log in to Jetstar’s website and manage your seat selection there. Phoning Jetstar - aarrggghhhhh!,

Thanks for the info, but I had already tied that and received the message “internal error”, so I had to get on the phone luckily the Qantas call centre put me through to Jetstar, all done.
