Hi, I have a classic rewards booking with my partner 19/10 Perth Melb, Melb Oahu, 31/10 Oahu Sydney, Sydney Perth.
Domestic legs are Q Business, International leg Jstar Business. Our tickets are linked. The only leg I could choose seats was Perth-Syd, Jetstar not available online or Q flight home. I called Qantas, they say call Jetstar. I called Jetstar 4 weeks ago they say seat allocation not open. I call again today and they say there are only 2 seats left and not together. So I ask about the return flight and they say they cannot allocate for that leg yet. Ugh. I call Qantas back about the return domestic leg, and they say they cannot allocate us seats as this option is closed due to people requesting upgrades. Totally frustrating as would have thought existing bookings would be allocated first! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
