Seat Selection for Existing Bookings - Back Online

Apparently my booking for tomorrow can only be changed by calling the guest contact centre. It seems not all existing bookings can be changed.

Is that a redemption flight medhead , it appears they are the troublesome bookings at the moment?

I also just tried "This booking can only be changed by calling our Guest Contact Centre."

I suspect it is because I have already flown the first sector.

I tried it for a 2-for-1 booking and it worked. Nothing else works online for 2-for-1 bookings (eg changing flights on 2-for-1 Flexi .. not that that's a problem for much longer).

Not a redemption booking. And only a one way flight, so I haven't flown any part yet.

Thank you for the thread. Gave a seat selection change a try for my two flights this week. It worked fine for both

Selected seats for our family trip back from WLG, worked like a charm... Though I see no real reason who to send back to us individual itinerary's with the seat selection, we aren't bringing all seven on our trip...
