I bought an SCTI policy for a trip to Europe starting in a couple of weeks. Purchase was back in May and according to the website coverage started back then. Since then my flights have been moved a couple of days earlier.

Looking at the policy docs it seems coverage starts when you buy the policy. I have tried to inform SCTI of the date change. Their contact Center is only open weekdays 10-16 and I’ve never had enough time between meetings to get through the hold queue. I’ve emailed them the date change and had now acknowledgement.

Trying to confirm that I am still covered for the two extra days, I’m happy to pay more but can’t find a way to do it.

Any thoughts?
