It seems a 30 yo Australian has caused yesterdays PER bound Sccot flight to return to Singapore under escort from Singapore Air Force, after allegedly making a bomb threat.

Apparently it can be a 3 year jail sentence or a $S5000 fine or both. Most of the reports I saw were a 4 week sentence after being held on remand for a month. Then deported.
Will definitely make his future travel very difficult.
