'Scheduled System Outage' all weekend

I flew BNESYD on Monday, and back on Tuesday. SYDBNE flight has hit my account today.

I’m not bothered by this.
 
Just reaching out - has anyone whom flew over that outage weekend received any points/SC yet, or is everyone still waiting (still)?

Made more ridiculous that a 7-11 transaction made over that same weekend credited within 24hrs

7/11 sweeps daily. That's unrelated to flights.

Still waiting for my points/SCs for a flight taken on Saturday Oct 29. Velocity says we need to wait 14 days before we can put in a claim for missing points/SCs, so I'll wait with bated breath to see if they are credited before this Saturday Nov 12.

ZIPPO here. Seems like anything one did during the outage has vanished?

We took several domestic flights that fated weekend, and nothing has posted - weeks on.

No Etihad family pooling credits either, from same weekend. And none of the 20 Ebay transactions have posted that Velocity have emailed me to say are 'now posted.'

Bermuda Triangle in there. :(
 
So, on Mon 14/11 we can start lodging claims for missing points...
(Yes, I'm missing my flight, too, in the FF activity and SC's)
From the "Claim Missing Points" page on the Velocity website: "Please wait 14 days after a flight to make a claim".

Just to add flights credited last night and then this morning. So hopefully things have been rectified!
 
My flight from Oct 29 has now been credited. I'm still waiting on my monthly status credits from FlyBuys but it's not unusual that they take 2-3 weeks.

EDIT: And now my FlyBuys SC's have come through too.

I applied for my missing flight today, for 31OCT. Got an error and told to call, and they said it had been submitted already and to wait 72 hours.
 
Another outage scheduled. Was notified when they sent me the new Velocity number after the Medibank hacking fiasco

“Please note we have system maintenance planned from this Thursday evening through to Monday morning. We encourage you to activate your new account prior to this”
