But, unfortunately, they do pick a few right people with this scatter gun approach.

A few years go I got one of those from a supposed copper in London. It was my sister supposedly i trouble. There are occasions when I excel myself in the quick thinking department.
I replied immediately - wonderful I am with my sister at the moment. her son is an Inspector working at Scotland Yard and we are just on the way to see him abut this very matter. Never heard from him again.

Oldie but a not so goodie…

I mean how more obvious that it is utter BS when the message says coming from a +63 number and he/she says they texting from 04……..

This scam is as old as methuselah, surely no-one falls for that any more - oh wait
