Except when it is - after logging in, navigate to Your information (at the end of the list), then -->

Did you click on it? It takes you to a series of articles only. There is nothing about there about 2FA.

Edit: OK so it's now showing that I have 2FA set. Yesterday when I posted it was just showing a series of articles, no information. Since then I have updated my settings in the app (thanks again @pjm99au) so perhaps triggered something on the desktop version

Indeed, yes I have - both in the app and on the website. I have seen/attempted to activate the 2FA option, but get stuck in interminable loops and nothing sticks.
