SC earn on Air Niugini?

OK, I have followed the recent thread on SC earn on LAN. How about with Air Niugini? There is no mention of SC earning for Air Niugini in the Table. Would I then be correct in assuming that I would earn no SCs if I have an Air Niugini ticket showing a PX flight number, but I would earn SCs if I have a Qantas ticket showing a QF flight number, on the same aircraft. And that I would earn the same number of FF points regardless of who I buy the ticket off, as long as I buy the same fare type?

If booked under QF, then points, status credits and status bonus (if applicable)
