I have 35k points expiring in a few months and no plans to redeem for flights. If I have done my maths right, that's 7,777 All Accor points, and ~$250 in value. That looks better than 22,580 Velocity points which would cover only a $100 gift card in points to pay a hotel. Can anyone suggest better value (other than flying) or mistake in my maths?

There is a transfer promotion running for 50% bonus points when transferring KF to Marriott Bonvoy, if that program is of any use to you?

You might also find you can get better value from the Velocity transfer using the miles to book accommodation through Virgin Holidays than gift vouchers, which are universally terrible.

transfer 35k SQ miles to Kris+ and you can get $350 JB HIFI gift card there.

A warning…KrisPlus miles can not be spent on JB HiFi gift cards, despite the clear promotion. I transferred my KrisFlyer miles to buy $350 worth of cards, went to check out and only offered cash payment. I’ve chased up with Singapore, sending the attached screenshot and received the below message.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response to your inquiry. We understand you converted your KrisFlyer miles with the intention of purchasing the JB Hi-Fi gift card.

We would like to clarify that the miles payment option is currently unavailable for this specific merchant, and only card payments are accepted at this time. We understand this differs from the initial display on the page, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this situation has caused you.

If you wish to use your KrisPay miles, we highly encourage you to explore our wide range of alternative partners and deals within the app where miles redemption remains active.

We appreciate your kind understanding regarding this arrangement.

You waited a bit too long mate. It has been working until recently.

Any suggestions for 470,000 expiring points? Can't find a suitable SQ award booking.

just tagging along, i have about 450k krisflyer miles due to expire in october this year, i assume this means the start of October, so i need to redeem before end of September.

If i book flights for the latest possible dates which would be around August 2027, can i still change flight dates later on for an even further date?

You need to read the rules carefully there are hard expiry dates

If memory serves, expiry is the end of the month shown online and on the reminder emails each month - sign in to your account https://www.singaporeair.com/krisflyer/miles/expiring-miles/ and it should be pretty clear.

I nearly got caught out with the ticket change thing - you can update the destination and dates, but not the origin city.
