I popped into Loyly in August to refresh after BNE-SIN-HEL flights 
It is a fantastic spot right on the seaside. There is a top coffee spot not too far away called Kaffa Roastery if you are in that neck of the woods.
I think the key with any Euro saunas is to watch and observe what everyone else is doing before you make your move. I have had some funny experiences over the years
