Have travelled in J in both directions, PER-SYD and PER-MEL on several occasions in recent months and have always had the same menu. Dahl soup, then the same fish, beef or salad main.

Surely the menu could change on various routings and/or directions..??? is it just me being fussy and bored, or has anyone else experienced the same? or am I just unlucky..???

The best and worst meals I have had in J have been on DJ flights: the best, SYD-PER, and the worst, DPS-SYD.As for QF, I find them bumping along at the OK level. The exception is for breakfast; gee, it can be rubbish -- and identically so flight after flight!

The problem if they swap between routes chances are you still get the same meal, it would be better if menus were changed on a monthly basis or so

Not IME. Even traveling the return journey within 24 hours I've had different choices.
