Id advise to not book on Bestjet.

I have booked no less than 8 successful international trips on best jet for family members with no problems. I myself have used them for a price beat. I do however acknowledge some average reviews. I guess time will tell if they are as bad as some are saying.

What did they change to?

nothing major to QF11 depart: 11.30am arrive: 6.25am

however, QF12 depart: 22.30pm arrive: 8.30am

No I have never had to change or cancel a booking.

Fair enough. Most of the complaints about online travel agents involve the hassle the occurs if a change needs to be made to the booking. If you don't need to change anything, then it's generally okay. But keep in mind that it's not just the customer that might choose to make a change - I've heard a couple of horror stories (not specifically about bestjet, but about other online travel agents) resulting from the airline cancelling or downgrading a flight.
