I joined last year and thought it was a good idea as I spend 4 months away each year. However they changed the system in February. I often eat in their restaurants and partake of some mini bar. However I qualified for Platinum Status 2 months ago and haven't been upgraded. So now I don't get any of the privileges I am entitled to. I sent an email on April 26 and to today no reply. I resent another in June -yes no reply. The Priority Guest Ambassador at Rydges Plaza Cairns also sent an email in May - yes no reply. Not even the Managers of the Hotels have a phone number to ring on my behalf.
You wouldn't expect this service form the Rydges and after reading some other post it seems I am not alone. I need to book another 11 days accommodation in July and yes I will be avoiding Rydges this time. ( unless they give me a response and fix this issue )
