Hi all

Booked an overnight stay at Rydges Sydney Airport on their mobile app late last night. Carefully selected flexible ratem arrival and departure date and room type. Then I tucked myself in bed.

Looked at the email confirmation and discovered that I had been confirmed for a same day stay in a room type that wasn't even offered. What the...? The ugly part was that getting up time here was past check in time in SYD and hence a potential no show charge.

They eventually changed the booking but it left me inclined to go nowhere near their mobile app for android again. Anyone else had similar problems with PGR mobile app?

Cheers skip.

I can't see a PGR or Rydges iPhone app anywhere and a quick google search didn't show an Android app either. Can you post a link?

Mmm. I don't have any app so I think it was the mobile website I used:oops::oops:. It was late at night, but hadn't had anything to drink so can't blame that.

There is the discovery GHA app through which you can book Rydges, but ....Rydges fortitude valley (BNE) isn't on it so I'm wondering if there are others not on it. And I'm not sure if booking through the app means you don't get the member discount. I'm sure I'll book a future stay so will see.
