Just issued this afternoon for the year ended 31st May,2011
Qantas 84%
Qantaslink 81%
Virgin Australia 80%
Regional Express 77%
Jet Star 68%

Tiger Airways 45%

Well that is record satisfaction for Qantas.

Yes drron that is why I thought about it for 10 seconds before I posted it. The delay was caused by a lack of champagne in the glass.

Quite an interesting survey result considering the posts from our most frequent flyers who post in this forum. Our family just happen to fall into the satisfied class and we are slow to experiment elsewhere. Travel inside America can be pretty ordinary and fortunately Australia has not slipped that low just yet.Qantas and Singapore Airlines have performed great for us but there are plenty of others to choose from to go overseas.Domestically Virgin Australia may be able to get a bit of traction and I hope their satisfaction can move upwards this year.

Customer satisfaction is based on the perceived value of the customers, that is, the actual products/services received against the expectations. If the expectations are low enough (and that would definitely be the case if you read these forums enough), then it would be very easy to be satisfied, as customer expectations are exceeded.
