Correct

Correct, but its in Oslo. I dodn't now there was one in DC.
I outsmarted myself by thinking that you would be 'tricky' :) Actually 3 copies of the statue.

Crown Princess Märtha is a bronze statue of Crown Princess Märtha of Norway, by Kirsten Kokkin.

It is located at the Norwegian residence, located at Massachusetts Avenue and 34th Street, N.W. Washington, D.C.[1] It was unveiled 18 September 2005.[2] A copy at Palace Park Oslo, was unveiled by King Harald V of Norway on 21 February 2007, on his 70th birthday.[3] A third example was unveiled in Stockholm on 30 October 2008.

Kalan minaret
Correct - Bukhara, Uzbekistan. When Ghengis Khan invaded the city in 1220 and killed everyone (except the artisans who he took back home) he destroyed everything, but spared this tower because of its beauty.

I feel like I recognise the #23 from this post but can't quite put my finger on it. BTW, it looks like some numbers (in the 20s) have been repeated?
Same. In my mind either Croatia or Portugal 🤣
